Chapter 7: In the Footsteps of the Order - Collectibles & Secrets

Chapter 7, "In the Footsteps of the Order," takes Amicia and Hugo through ancient ruins and treacherous catacombs, remnants of a forgotten order. This chapter is rich with lore and hidden treasures, including more feathers, flowers, souvenirs, and valuable chests.

Feathers (Hugo's Memories)

  • Feather 1: Shortly after entering the catacombs, you'll come across a small, collapsed section of the wall. The feather is hidden in a small alcove behind this rubble.
  • Feather 2: Deeper within the catacombs, you'll find a chamber with several sarcophagi. The feather is resting on top of one of these sarcophagi.
  • Feather 3: As you navigate through a flooded section of the ruins, look for a raised platform. The feather is located on this platform, near some ancient carvings.

Flowers (Herbalism)

  • Flower 1: Near the entrance to the catacombs, in a less overgrown area, look for a patch of mossy ground. The flower is growing amongst the moss.
  • Flower 2: Within the main catacomb complex, you'll find a large, open chamber with a central altar. The flower is growing in a crack in the stone near the altar.
  • Flower 3: As you progress through a section with many crumbling pillars, keep an eye on the higher ledges. The flower is growing precariously on one of these ledges.

Souvenirs (Lore Items)

  • Souvenir 1: In the initial section of the catacombs, you'll find a small, abandoned campsite. The souvenir is lying on a makeshift table.
  • Souvenir 2: Within a chamber containing ancient texts or scrolls, look for a lectern. The souvenir is placed upon the lectern.
  • Souvenir 3: Towards the end of the chapter, in an area with intricate stonework and statues, look for a hidden niche in the wall. The souvenir is concealed within this niche.

Hidden Chests

  • Chest 1: After navigating a series of narrow passages, you'll enter a larger cavern. The chest is partially obscured by fallen rocks in a corner of this cavern.
  • Chest 2: In a section where you need to use a rat swarm to clear a path, look for an alternative route that might be less obvious. The chest is located in a small, hidden chamber accessible from this less-traveled path.

Remember to utilize Hugo's Macula vision to spot hidden items and pathways, especially in the darker and more complex sections of the ruins.
