Snake Heart: 12-1

You'll start in Alep. Immediately head east, keeping an eye out for archers positioned above. Your goal is to reach the first checkpoint without drawing their attention.

Just past the checkpoint, you'll encounter a guard patrol. You need to sneak by them. The best time to move is when they're facing east. Quickly move north and jump onto the rooftops.

Once on the rooftops, follow the thin beams. You'll need to jump east across a few more beams to reach the next rooftop. Continue forward until you hit another checkpoint.

After the checkpoint, climb down the ladder to find some guards below. Take them out, but be ready – more guards will surround you once you're outside. Deal with all three of them.

Exit the area to the east and follow the path heading north.

Here, you'll need to use the Grappling Hook. Swing east from the progressively higher glowing points to reach the rooftop and checkpoint ahead.

Go down the steps and you'll find a group of scholars. Stick with them and press [A] when prompted to blend in. If you get caught, you'll just have to fight some guards, which isn't a major setback.

Continue following the scholars eastward, pressing [A] as needed. Keep an eye out for a marker on one of the rooftops.

When you spot the marker, climb onto it and jump to the roof it indicates. Walk up behind the guard there and perform an assassination. You'll pass through another checkpoint.

Head east from here, jumping across a series of narrow ledges. Be quick, as some of these ledges might collapse if you're too slow!

Reach the rooftop at the far end and go through the checkpoint. Drop down to the eastern area where you'll find the fortress entrance.

To get inside, you'll need to destroy the water supply. Head east along the path, then turn north and climb the rope ladder.

Once on the roof, drop into the opening to enter the tower. Make your way downstairs, taking out any guards you encounter.

On the bottom floor, grab an Explosive Bomb from the nearby box and head west.

Drop the bomb on the designated target to destroy the water supply. This will also trigger a checkpoint.

Finally, kill the guards that emerge from the now-open gate and proceed through it to the next area.
