Weapons
In Baldur's Gate 3, you can acquire new weapons from various merchants. One such merchant is Dammon, a smith found within the Emerald Grove at coordinates X:180 Y:559. He offers a selection of weapons, armor, and shields. Dammon mentions his inventory is limited as he left most of his equipment in Elturel.
You can interact with Dammon after fending off goblins. He will thank you and offer his wares if you need to replace any gear. His inventory can be accessed by choosing to see his wares during your conversation.
Another character you'll encounter is Aradin (X:165 Y:546), who greets you as a goblin-slayer. During your conversation with him, you can learn about his lost druid, Halsin, and the goblins they encountered:
- Interact with Aradin.
- Choose the dialogue option: "All you did was stand up for your crew. I respect that."
- Next, select: "Where did the goblins come from?"
- Then, choose: "And is that where you lost track of the druid you mentioned?"
This will reveal that Aradin and his crew were chased from ruins by goblins, and Halsin, a druid they had a contract with to hunt for a relic, was lost to the goblins during their escape.
