- Gear: In the 'Storage' room, on a shelf to the left as you enter.
- Plush Toy (Bendy): In the 'Animation Department', on one of the animation desks.
- Record: In the 'Music Department', which is through the door opposite the 'Utility Room'. It's on a chair near the piano.
- Ink Bottle: In the 'Ink Machine' room, on a desk to the right.
- Book (The Illusion of Living): In Joey Drew's office, which is past the 'Music Department' and down a short corridor. It's on his desk.
Once you have all six items, return to the 'Utility Room' and place each item on its corresponding pedestal. The pedestals are clearly marked with outlines of the items.
