Essential Co-op Survival Locations
- Boss's Encampment: This location, high in the mountains within the Zone of Contamination, is near Idle Camp. It comprises 3 ruined buildings and an intact shed. While offering limited immediate shelter, the nearby Scaffolder's Hideout (a Warm Cave) is a short walk across a wooden bridge. Ptarmigans and Rabbits are found here, providing a consistent food source. Loot containers are present in the ruined buildings.
- Forgotten Exploration: Found in the Zone of Contamination between Turbulent Pasture and Harrowed Residence, this mine offers a very warm interior. It serves as a good outdoor resting place if a Bedroll is available. Inside, players can find Coal, Scrap Metal, Lockers, and Reclaimed Wood. An Emergency Kit can spawn in the easternmost section, after climbing scaffolding in a large room with a single column.
