Quest Steps:
- Cathedral Ward: Find Alfred near the entrance to the Forbidden Woods (after opening the gate). Talk to him.
- Forbidden Woods: After defeating the Blood-starved Beast, find Alfred again near the entrance to the Forbidden Woods. Talk to him.
- Forsaken Cainhurst Castle: Obtain the Cainhurst Summons from Iosefka's Clinic (back entrance). Use the summons at the obelisk in Hemwick Charnel Lane to travel to Cainhurst. Defeat Martyr Logarius and obtain the Crown of Illusions. Equip the crown and interact with the throne to reveal Annalise, Queen of the Vilebloods. Obtain the Unopened Summons.
- Return to Alfred: Give the Unopened Summons to Alfred. He will then travel to Annalise and kill her.
- Vileblood Queen's Chamber: Return to Annalise's chamber to find Alfred. Talk to him.
- Cathedral Ward: Find Alfred's corpse near the entrance to the Forbidden Woods. Collect the Wheel Hunter Badge and the Radiance rune.
