Part 9

As Big Brother, swing your torch near wolves to make them run away. You must be close enough for them to be within the circle of light around you. If they are still in the shadows, the torch will have no effect.

Keep Little Brother behind Big Brother at all times and walk slowly down the dirt path. Creep up to any wolves standing in the middle of the road and swing the torch to scare them off.

Upon reaching a graveyard, Big Brother will drop the torch.

From the graveyard entrance, turn right and walk to a solitary angel statue with candles underneath.

As Little Brother, interact with the angel statue and hold the interact button for about ten seconds until a shooting star appears above its head to unlock an achievement.

Follow the stone path through the graveyard to a locked gate.

Knock on the door of the house to the left of the gate to wake the man inside.

As Big Brother, interact with the man so he can see the map and get directions. The man will then unlock the gate.

Head through the gate and a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) (an event that plays out without player control) will trigger, showing a wolf making the brothers jump into a river.

As Little Brother, hold onto Big Brother to prevent him from getting traumatized since he cannot swim. This also makes steering easier as you only need to control Big Brother.

Follow the river flow. You are unlikely to die here, and the river will mostly guide you.

Exit the river onto a large flat rock with two lights on it to avoid a waterfall.

Tightrope across the thin tree to the left and follow the path to a bench.

Continue down the linear path, cutting back towards the waterfall.

Grab onto the tree branch extending across the waterfall as Big Brother and make your way to the other side.

At the end of the tree branch, jump to the square rock, then to the next rock, and finally to the ground on the left.

Switch to Little Brother and repeat the process. When Little Brother jumps from the tree branch to the first rock, it will give way, and he will fall into the water.

Big Brother will jump in after Little Brother.

The river has a rock barrier, preventing Little Brother from returning to Big Brother. They will both flow down the river, and Little Brother will catch a flat rock as he falls down the next waterfall.

As Little Brother, grab the branch Big Brother points to. The branch will immediately start to break.

Big Brother will grab the top part of the tree to prevent Little Brother from falling. You must hold the interact buttons for both brothers at all times. Big Brother's button keeps him holding the tree, and Little Brother's button makes him continue grabbing.

On the cliffside, traverse around tree stumps with hands poking out, as getting too close will kill Little Brother. The goal is to move right, not to climb straight up, as climbing too high will result in death by a tree stump.

Move the tree left and right with Big Brother while simultaneously moving Little Brother up and down to avoid the tree stumps. Stay in the middle for most of the traversal. New tree stumps may appear.

Continue moving left. A cutscene will trigger where a tree stump throws down Little Brother's branch. Big Brother jumps into the water after him.

In the underwater sequence, swim down as Big Brother towards Little Brother.

Hold Big Brother's interact button to grab Little Brother, then swim back to the surface. The game will Warning: restart if Little Brother reaches the water floor.
