    Ignore the manhole. Walk up the wooden plank and over the fence.

    Head towards the house, using cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) and watching out for snipers. If overland is too difficult, consider going underground.

    If going overland, go behind the large rock formation. If clear, climb the ladder next to the house.
