The final area of the Shrine of Storms leads to the Storm King. This boss is a large flying manta ray surrounded by smaller Storm Beasts. Use the Storm Ruler sword found in the area to defeat it. The Storm Ruler's special attack is essential for this fight. Collect the Storm Demon's Soul.
