World Tendency significantly impacts events and accessible areas in Demon's Souls. Achieving Pure White or Pure Black World Tendency can unlock new paths and encounters. Once a door is unlocked by a specific World Tendency, it remains open even if the Tendency changes later, allowing access to previously inaccessible items and characters.
Pure White World Tendency Events
- The door on the left near the starting point in Boletarian Palace will unlock.
- Executioner Miralda appears in Body Form, hiding inside the stairwell building. Defeating her allows you to loot a body in the stairwell for x1 Ring of Poison Resistance.
- In Fractured Mode, Pure White World Tendency can reveal Ceramic Coins locations.
Pure Black World Tendency Events
- The door on the left near the starting point in Boletarian Palace will unlock.
- Black Phantom Executioner Miralda appears and drops the Guillotine Axe upon defeat.
- A Crystal Lizard can be found after the door unlocked by Pure Black or Pure White World Tendency.
