Walkthrough

    Start as Kate at the photoset and proceed to Mayor Higgin's office. You need to obtain the key to unlock the balcony doors.

    Go north and use Kate's perfume vial (blinding enemies in a radius) to temporarily blind the Poncho watching the balcony.

    Pickpocket the lady to get the keys.

    Advance through the gate, knock out the guard near the stairs, and proceed upstairs to take down the guard and unlock the door.

  • Kate can drag bodies while crouched, throw perfume vials to blind enemies, disguise herself (except around LongCoats or dogs), flirt with Gunmen and Ponchos while disguised, and lure non-stationary enemies and civilians.
