Respite points, represented by glowing white flowers, are your sanctuaries in Land's End. Interacting with them provides several benefits:
- Heals Lily to full HP.
- Restores all Prayer charges.
- Refills all Spirit cooldowns.
- Allows you to save your game.
- Provides access to the Spirit Upgrade menu.
- Allows you to change equipped Spirits and Relics.
- Serves as a respawn point upon death.
It's crucial to activate every Respite point you encounter. They are strategically placed throughout the world and are often found before challenging encounters or after significant progress. Remember that resting at a Respite point will respawn all regular enemies in the area, so plan your exploration accordingly.
