You'll primarily acquire Torn Cloth by harvesting specific plants and by breaking down certain enemy drops. Ensuring a consistent supply of Torn Cloth is vital for maintaining your character's health and for crafting basic protective gear as you begin your journey.

The most common source of Torn Cloth is by harvesting Flax. Flax plants are typically found in temperate biomes, often growing in fields or near settlements. Look for the distinctive tall, slender plants with blue flowers. Once you locate a patch of Flax, equip your axe or a harvesting tool and begin gathering. Each Flax plant harvested will yield Torn Cloth.

Another method for obtaining Torn Cloth is by defeating certain enemies. Some weaker enemies, particularly those found in the early game, may drop Torn Cloth upon defeat. Keep an eye out for these drops, especially if you're in need of this material and can't immediately find Flax. Looting containers and chests can also sometimes yield Torn Cloth.
