- Hand over the secure container.
Strategy:
The secure container is located in the 3-story dorms on Customs, specifically in room 205 (second floor, marked with a '2' on the door). You will need the 'Dorm room 205 key' to access it. This key can be found on Scavs, in jackets, or purchased on the Flea Market. Be wary of other players in dorms, as it's a high-traffic PvP area. Once you pick up the container, it becomes a quest item and cannot be lost on death.
