While it can be purchased with real money, you can also earn it through daily objectives, quests, and sometimes from Lunchboxes. Use Nuka-Cola Quantum strategically; it's most valuable for instantly recalling critically injured explorers, skipping long quest travel times, or completing urgent production cycles. Avoid using it for minor tasks unless you have a large surplus.
