Continue through the door and down the ramp. Use the weapon vending machine to restock explosives, fill your Terror 4000, and get ammo/upgrades for other weapons, as you will need them shortly. Walk through the door and into the blue energy beam for a short scene.

Walkthrough

You will now face two Blood Dragons. This is the most difficult fight in the game.

Use cyber-hearts to lure the Blood Dragons to a specific area and attack them with grenades, C4000, or the Terror 4000.

When they refocus on you, run away using the tunnels on either side for cover and throw another cyber-heart.

Distance yourself, crouch, and hide behind an object to make them revert to their unaggressive state. Repeat this process.

You can refill explosives and ammo from lockers in the tunnels.

After killing one Blood Dragon, regular enemies will appear, making the fight easier as they will attack the Blood Dragon.

Keep the Blood Dragon interested in the regular enemies and help finish them off if needed.

Once the Blood Dragon is dealt with, eliminate the remaining enemy soldiers.

Run to the objective indicator door, approach it to open, and kill the 3 robo-dogs and heavy flamer that emerge.

Back away, kill them, then enter and climb the stairs inside. Ascend until you teleport out to complete the mission.

Summon the Plague Mission:

Make your way to the objective marker at a temple gate on the northern shore of the main river. This is the point of no return; complete the game before initiating this mission.
Equipping weapon attachments will make this mission significantly easier.
Head towards the gate and proceed inside when it opens. You will enter a new location and must complete a series of combat challenges.
Round 1: A.J.M. 9 - Grab the weapon, wait for enemies to spawn, and kite them around the outside of the room. Use the pistol to headshot them as they approach. Be prepared for enemies with pistols, shotguns, and molotox.
Proceed through the opened door, climb the stairs, and grab the shotgun for Round 2.
Round 2: Galleria 1991 - The area is smaller, with a higher prevalence of molotox and shotgun-equipped undead. Kite enemies around the central zone and side areas.
Proceed to the objective marker, through the opened door, and down the passage to the next area. Grab the Kobracon to start the next round.
Round 3: Kobracon - The Kobracon has explosive rounds. Enemies spawn on the far side of the bridge. Use explosive rounds to hit multiple enemies. Kite the enemies around the arena if they get too close.
After killing all enemies, the door at the end of the bridge will open.

Tips

The Blood Dragon fight is the hardest in the game; prepare accordingly.
Utilize cyber-hearts effectively to control the Blood Dragons' aggression.
