Before you get too close, make sure you're at full health and have your weapons reloaded. Approach the corpse, and get ready for a fight! You'll be ambushed by several crocodiles, including one named Beatrice. Take them all down and grab the key from the corpse.

Now, head back up to the area overlooking the pens. You'll see a windmill nearby. There's a grapple point on it – use it to swing over to what looks like the staff's home.

Use the key you just picked up to unlock the door. Inside, you'll find Luis's Stash, which contains the awesome Surf & Turf Rifle. Grab it, and you're done with this hunt!
