Strategy:
- Power Through: The train has immense power and momentum. You need to match its speed on straights and gain time in corners.
- Cornering Advantage: Your car's agility is your biggest advantage. Take corners faster and more efficiently than the train's long, sweeping turns.
- Shortcuts (if available): Some Showcase Events have subtle opportunities for minor shortcuts or cutting corners. Look for these, but be careful not to lose too much speed.
- Avoid Collisions: Hitting the train is usually a race-ending mistake. Keep a safe distance.
- Maintain Momentum: Don't let off the throttle unnecessarily. Keep the power down and maintain your speed.
The Train Race often features a mix of road and light off-road sections. Adapt your driving to the terrain and focus on maximizing your car's cornering ability.
