Speed Traps and Speed Zones are permanent challenges scattered throughout the map, testing your ability to maintain high speeds. Speed Traps measure your speed at a single point, while Speed Zones measure your average speed over a segment of road. To achieve the highest scores, you'll need a fast car, ideally tuned for top speed, and a clean run. Look for long straightaways or sweeping corners that allow you to build and maintain momentum. These activities are excellent for earning XP and credits, and for competing on leaderboards against friends and the global community. Each one has a 3-star rating system, encouraging you to push your limits.
