Think of a Collection as a personalized playlist for your Garry's Mod experience. Instead of subscribing to hundreds of individual addons, you can create or subscribe to a collection that bundles them all together. This is particularly useful for specific gamemodes, roleplaying servers that require a particular set of assets, or simply for organizing your own creative projects. Collections streamline the process of acquiring and managing content, ensuring you have everything you need for a particular setup.

Creating and Managing Collections:

Collections are managed through your Steam Workshop page. Here's how you can create and utilize them:

1. Access Your Workshop Items: Navigate to your Steam profile, then to 'Workshop Items' and select 'Collections'.
2. Create a New Collection: Click the 'Create a Collection' button. You'll be prompted to give your collection a name, description, and set its visibility (Public, Friends Only, Private).
3. Add Items: Once created, you can browse the Steam Workshop for addons you want to include. On each addon's page, you'll find an 'Add to Collection' button, allowing you to select which of your collections to add it to.
4. Subscribe/Unsubscribe: When viewing a collection, you'll see options to 'Subscribe to all' or 'Unsubscribe from all' items within that collection. This is the primary benefit for users wanting to quickly acquire a set of addons.
