Part 6

With the enemies dispatched, head in the direction they came from to find a RED CHEST and a BLUE/GREEN CHEST.

As you step onto the next path, the floor will crumble. Break down the doors in front of you and make sure to land the jumps at the end of the slides and grapple points to escape.

Follow the path to a spot where Kratos will have another flashback. Open the RED CHEST and SPECIAL CHEST containing a GORGON EYE and a health upgrade.

Use the lever on the elevator to ascend back to the Save Point before the Temple of Athena. Return to the previously locked door and use the key.

Once through the giant door, you will enter an arena. Defeat the new lightning globe enemy and continue into the building.

Inside, grab the BLUE CHEST and GREEN CHEST before heading left to another area with two SPECIAL CHESTS containing a PHOENIX FEATHER and a MINOTAUR HORN.

Use the key to open the gate. You are now in the left area of the Gates of Crete.

After defeating the firebirds and armored soldiers, retrace your steps slightly. Go past the calling NPC and open the giant door in this area.

Run across the wooden bridge to reach the Mounts of Aroania.

Open both the GREEN CHEST and BLUE CHEST and save at the Save Point.

At the end of the bridge, fight the acid crab-spiders before climbing a wall to your left.

Fight more acid crab-spiders before grabbing a BLUE/GREEN CHEST at the end of the wall.

Climb onto the ledge and push over the statue to clear a way to sidle across the corner.

After ledge jumping and sidling, jump to the platform ahead. This triggers a fight with acid crab-spiders and two Cyclops.

Before climbing the wall, break the ice barrier to your left with your Fire Blades to get two SPECIAL CHESTS containing a GORGON EYE and PHOENIX FEATHER.

Climb the wall and open the GREEN CHEST. Break down another frozen wall to reach the spartan warrior.

To the right, find a ladder and a RED CHEST. Climb the ladder to lower an elevator.

Drop down, push the bundle of stone blocks onto the elevator, and turn the crank wheel to lift them. Push the blocks to the edge of the platform and toss them into the scaffolding to release six ice harpies. Defeat them, then lower the other elevator.

Get on the elevator before it ascends. At the top, break down an ice wall to get a SPECIAL CHEST containing a MINOTAUR HORN.

Jump onto the suspended stone block, climb around, and jump to the ledges in the distance.

Climb up the first ledge and sidle through the crevice to find three RED CHESTS. Climb the rest of the way up the ledges.

Save at the Save Point before opening the BLUE CHEST and GREEN CHEST.

Climb onto the rope and make your way across the Chasm of Solace.

On the other side, fight ice harpies and archers. Grab the RED CHEST near an archer platform before heading into the mountain.

Use the grapple point to swing to the next ledge. Jump backward to find a SPECIAL CHEST containing a PHOENIX FEATHER and a magic upgrade.

Move forward and grab the GREEN CHEST inside the next cavern.

You will be attacked by a yeti-like beast. Use the Fire Blades to break its armor, and defeat the smaller versions that spawn.

Break down another frozen wall to find a broken bridge with three archers. Use the block as cover to kill them, being careful of their locked arrows.

Move the block to the wooden platform with two torches. Grab the GREEN CHEST and BLUE CHEST before climbing up.

Slide along the rope to reach a wall you need to climb. Break the frozen door to your right before continuing to climb up and left for another frozen door. Enter through here.

Smack the frozen automaton with the Fire Blades to free it, then kill it to get a new Gear.

Return to the first door you broke open and use the Gear to lift the big gate in the middle. Climb back out and head toward it.

Drop down and go inside the room. To the right is a SPECIAL CHEST with a GORGON EYE. Open the GREEN CHEST and BLUE CHEST, and save at the Save Point.

Dive into the water. Swim toward the screen to find a RED CHEST.

Around a bend, swim dash through a strong current to reach a grapple point. Pull yourself to it and dash into the large spinning door.

Break through one of its weak areas and find a small hidden area to the right for another RED CHEST.
