Your primary objective is to locate the injured individuals, pick them up, and transport them to the nearest hospital. The game will display a radar showing the location of the patients and the hospital. The challenge lies in reaching these locations quickly and safely, as time is of the essence. Each successful delivery earns you cash and progresses you through the paramedic levels.

Find an Ambulance: Locate and steal an ambulance. Hospitals are your best bet.
Initiate the Mission: Enter the ambulance and press the appropriate button (usually Triangle on PlayStation controllers) to start the paramedic mission.
Locate Patients: A blip will appear on your radar indicating the location of an injured person. Drive to them as quickly as possible.
Pick Up Patients: Once you reach the patient, stop the ambulance. They will automatically enter the vehicle.
Transport to Hospital: The nearest hospital will be marked on your radar. Drive the patient there.
Deliver and Repeat: Once you arrive at the hospital, the patient will be dropped off. You'll receive cash and a progress update. Then, you'll be directed to the next patient.
