When building Black Swan, the primary goal is to maximize her damage output, which is heavily influenced by her ATK, Effect Hit Rate, and SPD. Her signature ability, which applies a stackable debuff called 'Whispers of the Past,' is central to her damage contribution, and ensuring this debuff lands consistently is paramount.

For Relics, the recommended set for Black Swan is typically the Prisoner's Treachery set, which provides a significant boost to ATK and enhances damage against enemies affected by Shock or Bleed.
