On the first floor, grab the shotgun and kill the first two enemies who enter. Be careful not to peek out too early, or they will initiate fist attacks.

After killing the first enemies, eliminate the patrols that move in when they hear the commotion. Use shotgun fire to lure other enemies into doorways for easier kills.

Locate the Puzzle Piece 'N' in the north-west computer room on the first floor.

On the second floor, take out the two enemies with their backs to you and the dog first.

Grab a shotgun and wait in the central hallway for a patrol to enter. Kill him and return to the east hallway.

Wait for the remaining patrols to come to you and clear them out.

The third floor features a similar slim hallway with adjoining rooms. Deal with the first two enemies, then use shotguns to eliminate the rest.

On the fourth floor, use melee attacks for the enemies in the south-west. Use a shotgun for the enemies in the north.

Pick up the ringing phone to receive your next assignment.

Proceed to the main office of the phone company. You will find a biker who is hostile.

To defeat the biker, keep your distance and watch his movements, as he can throw his weapon.

Lure the biker by walking around the room to grab a golf club located in the south-west corner.

Hold the golf club and wait for the biker to throw his cleaver (which he does with every third swipe).

When the biker throws his weapon and misses, attack him. It will take two attacks to kill him.

Flee to the car to complete the chapter.
