You'll have a clear view through the glass walls. Aim north-east and use a shotgun to take out a bunch of patrols and sentries. After that, just move from room to room, clearing them out individually and using cover if they decide to chase you. Try to find a loaded shotgun, ideally one with six rounds.

First Floor (Return): Head back to the elevator and go down to the first floor. A van is going to crash through the entrance. Don't run out immediately! Use the wall between you and the van for cover against the molotov cocktails. Wait for enemies to come out of the van and then aim down to shoot them. Keep doing this until the guy with the molotovs gives up.
