Upon spawning, you'll see a closed door. Walk up to it and use both arms (L2+R2/Left Click+Right Click) to grab the door handle. Pull it towards you to open the door and proceed. This teaches you the fundamental 'grab and pull' mechanic. If you struggle, try wiggling Bob's body while holding the handle.
