Cooperative Level Solutions

Human: Fall Flat truly shines when played with friends, and many of its puzzles are designed with cooperation in mind. In multiplayer, you and your fellow Bobs can achieve feats impossible alone. For instance, many pressure plates require more weight than a single Bob can provide. Coordinating to have multiple players stand on a plate simultaneously is often the key to unlocking doors or activating machinery. Remember that Bobs can grab onto each other, allowing one player to be lifted or carried by another to reach higher ledges or activate switches out of reach.

In levels like the "Castle," verticality becomes a major challenge. One Bob might need to operate a winch or catapult to launch another Bob across a gap. Communication is vital here; ensure your teammate knows when you're about to activate a mechanism. For puzzles involving moving heavy objects, like large crates or logs, two or more Bobs can work together to push or pull them more effectively. Don't underestimate the power of simply having multiple Bobs stand on a single button or lever; this is a fundamental cooperative tactic that applies across many stages.

Consider the "Factory" level, where conveyor belts and large machinery are prevalent. One player might need to stand on a platform to keep it moving, while another rides it to a higher area. In other scenarios, Bobs can form a "Bob-tower" by stacking on top of each other to reach elevated switches. Always look for opportunities where one Bob's action can directly assist another's progress. The game rewards creative teamwork, so experiment with different ways your group can interact with the environment and each other.
