Complete guide to Grove of Kleos in Immortals Fenyx Rising, including boss strategies for Medusa and legendary creatures, and how to complete all myth challenges.

Legendary Gorgon of Dread

This formidable foe is located on the second island, on the west shore, west of the Hydra statue and directly west of chest 3. Its attacks are similar to a standard Gorgon but include an additional dash and a potent laser attack. You can defeat it by stunning it with Phosphor and Aries's wrath, then attacking with your sword or axe. Athena's dash is also effective. Defeating this Gorgon rewards you with Phosphor the Evilglare.

Lieutenant Euryale

This Gorgon repaint is found in the cliffs above the small lyre challenge 1, to its west. It is very easy to miss. After defeating Lieutenant Euryale, you will be rewarded with Spark of Genius wings.

Lieutenant Stheno

This Gorgon repaint is situated near a water body in the forest close to Atlanta's lair. Climb up the gate near chest 14, where ambrosia is or was located, and you will be able to spot it from above. This is the weakest of the Gorgon repaints. Buff up and attack aggressively. Your reward for defeating Lieutenant Stheno is the Wings of Vanity.

Medusa, The Mythical Gorgon

Medusa resides on the highest hill of the northwestern island, identifiable by the numerous stone statues. Unlike other Gorgons, Medusa teleports frequently and attacks with various beam-based abilities. Her purple beam attack petrifies you, slowing you down for approximately 10 seconds. She can also summon three Gorgons. In the second phase, she teleports around the arena and may summon Gorgons. If she fires a charged green laser, parry it to reflect the damage back at her and build her stun gauge.

Method to defeat Medusa:

It is recommended to attempt this fight with at least axe and sword at level 5, and armor and helm at level 4 or higher. Having around 11 health bars and being prepared to use 7-11 health potions is advised. Blessings and buff potions are highly beneficial. Use an attack potion that increases attack by 80% and stun by 30% or higher, and a defense potion that increases defense by 60% and reflects damage up to 2140. The breastplate of the eagle and brood of typhon helmet are recommended armor pieces.

During the first phase, dodge Medusa's attacks and use Phosphor to prevent her teleportation. Land at least two fully charged Ares's wrath attacks to stun her. Heal, then attack with sword combos. In the second phase, repeat this strategy when she reenters the arena. Deal with summoned Gorgons using Ares's wrath. Parry her charged green laser attack. When stunned, attack her relentlessly until she is defeated.

Myth Challenges

Navigation Challenge 1

This challenge is located directly north of the blue waters in the Valley of Eternal Spring, near the region's entrance. You will need to use a mount with at least 3 stamina chunks (12 total) and hold the mount button while riding to reach the goal in time.

Navigation Challenge 2

This challenge is found in the temple south of the Moria Tree Sanctuary. After defeating the enemies inside, you must open barriers on two buildings. For the first building, pull a lever and light two pyres. For the second, break two corrupted crystals and shoot two targets. A third building has a barrier requiring two farm tools to be placed on pedestals. These tools are found in the previously opened buildings or on the ground near the pedestals. Once the barrier is open, start the course by running, jumping twice, and using a glide boost to reach the goal quickly.

Odysseus Challenge 1

Located on the west coast near the archive, this challenge requires precise control to navigate through closely spaced hoops with small gaps. It demands careful trajectory control of your arrow and may take some practice.

Odysseus Challenge 2

This challenge is situated on a small island in a lake in the northeastern part of the region and is described as very simple.

Odysseus Challenge 3

Found west of Chest 20, this challenge is simple but long, requiring stamina.

Small Lyre 1

This puzzle is located in ruins southeast of Athena's Sanctuary and west of the Fresco challenge 1. After defeating the enemies, you need to activate three terminals. For the first terminal, break a corrupted crystal near the center, light a nearby pyre, and then activate the terminal. The second terminal is to the west of the first.
