Walkthrough

Reach the base marked on your minimap (the small map in the corner of your HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)), hack the panel next to the transmitter, and place GE-64 explosives on it to destroy it.

Use your wingsuit to reach Babica and destroy the vehicles inside the cargo boats.

Make your way to the next location and destroy the military tanks. You can hijack an enemy tank to help destroy the others.

Use your wingsuit to reach the next location and destroy the military helicopters. You can hijack an enemy helicopter to help destroy the others.

Grapple to Sheldon's helicopter to trigger a cutscene (a non-interactive story sequence). Use your wingsuit to approach the missile and grapple onto it to finish the mission.

Tips

You do not need to kill the remaining enemy soldiers in Babica after destroying the vehicles.
Hijacking enemy vehicles can make destroying groups of tanks or helicopters much easier.
