Throughout Kena: Bridge of Spirits, you'll encounter various NPCs who are either lost spirits or villagers in need of assistance. A significant part of Kena's role as a Spirit Guide involves helping these individuals, and one of the ways she does this is through the delivery of "Spirit Mail." These are often messages or items that need to be transported to specific locations or individuals within the game world.
When Kena receives a Spirit Mail quest, it will typically be added to her quest log, detailing the objective and the intended recipient or destination.
