    In Rocktropolis, go to the back area with the swirly purple thing. Have Batzarro throw his explosive Batarangs (a type of projectile) at the three silver rocks.

    Assemble the fan to rescue the first set of citizens.

    Head left along the newly fallen pillar and walkway to the back.

    Hop up the platforms to the Sense area (use Batzarro).

    Use the Lantern Pad (a special activation pad) with Greenzarro to move the Daily Planet mockup.

    Continue to the next platform and use Sense to discover a gold pillar.

    Have Bizarro use his flame breath (hold X) to melt the gold pillar and get pieces for a Lantern Pad.

    Use the Lantern Pad to release the second group of citizens.

    Smash nearby objects to assemble a pump, which will inflate a box into a bouncy castle.

    Assemble the pieces and hop into the Bizarro-mobile (a vehicle), which will clear the path ahead.

    Use Bizarra to assemble the Shield Pad (a pad that reflects projectiles) and reflect the laser to the gold spaceship.

    Use the spaceship's pieces to make a vacuum cleaner and save the last of the citizens.
