Complete Chapter 23 of limbo, navigating past saws, brain slugs, and girder puzzles. Follow our step-by-step guide.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Jump across the hanging girder to the next one, then to solid ground.
  2. 2
Walk over the button on the ground to trigger a crate release. Hold back on the control pad to slow your movement. Wait for the crate to drop and stay behind it until a circular saw approaches. Jump onto the crate and over the saw.
  3. 3
With the brain slug attached, continue past the lift and across the subsequent platforms to the left. Walk slowly over the switch on the ground and use the crate to jump over the saw to the right.
  4. 4
Jump up to the raised platform on the right and jump again to be released from brain slug control by the demonic growth. Wait for the saw to return to the section just below you, then jump across and hop to the safety of the nearest suspended girder.
  5. 5
On this girder, run back and forth between both ends to tilt the platform enough to jump across to the next girder to the left. Once you reach the second girder, grab the third girder and pull it back as far as you can. Jump onto it; it will swing across, allowing you to jump onto the platform on the left.
  6. 6
Run back and forth on the first beam to tilt it so you can reach the next platform to the left. Grab the handle on the third platform and then jump on to swing across the gap.
  7. 7
Continue up the ramp until you reach the elevator that was passed during the brain slug powered journey.
Tips
  • When activating the button for the crate, holding back on the control pad slows your character, allowing the crate to drop in front of you.
  • The brain slug allows you to control certain growths, but you can be released from its control.
  • Tilting the girders by running back and forth is key to reaching new platforms.
  • Pulling the third girder back as far as possible before jumping on it maximizes its swing distance.
