Tips
  • To buy items at the Marketplace or Black Market, stand in the center of the item and drop the required gold (one or two bags).
  • Ensure you are not touching the merchant (sheik) when dropping gold to avoid losing it.
  • If trapped in a dungeon without essential items, look for a hidden exit at the bottom. Move Indy as far down as possible and shift left/right to find it. This exit may take time to appear. Escaping this way locks you into the Spider Room for the remainder of the game.
  • Green lines appearing in the Temple Entrance are a result of using the hidden dungeon exit. They can be destroyed with the whip or gun. These lines grow over time and can eventually block passage back into the Temple, requiring a grenade to clear.
