Toad Harbor is a vibrant, multi-level track with several opportunities for aerial maneuvers and strategic item usage. The key features are the steep downhill sections, the tram system, and the numerous gliding ramps. Mastering the elevation changes and knowing when to glide will be crucial.

Strategy:
- Opening Descent: Drift through the initial turns as you descend. Look for item boxes on the upper level.
- Tram Section: You can drive on the tram tracks for a slight speed boost, but be careful not to get hit by an incoming tram. Alternatively, stay on the main road and use the boost pads.
- Gliding Section: After the tram, you'll hit a large ramp. Aim for the boost rings in the air to gain speed and distance. You can also try to land on the lower level for a quicker path, but it might be slower if you don't hit a boost pad.
- Marketplace Turns: These are tight turns. Focus on short, controlled drifts to maintain momentum.
Consider using a character/kart combo with good handling for this track, as the turns can be quite sharp. A well-timed Mushroom can be used to cut across the water near the end of the marketplace section, but it's risky.
