The Abyssal Depths section of Metamorphosis encompasses several challenging levels, including Strange Corridors and the Lawyer's Office. These areas require careful navigation and puzzle-solving, from finding keys to manipulating objects in your bug form. You will also encounter the final levels of The Village and The Tower, and the mechanical challenges of The Procedure and The Harbor.
Strange Corridors

Lawyer's Office
You arrive at a human lawyer's house where he is listening to a recording. To shut it down, walk towards the book hanging from the cupboard, then follow the trail of books downwards. Once at the lowest level, pass the ink puddle and position yourself beneath the gramophone. You will then need to climb out of a paper cover using books and get onto the desktop via its hinges.
Open the door next to the desk and proceed through the corridor. The pictures on the walls will become increasingly strange. The first complex puzzle involves finding a key and reaching the door handle. The key is on the topmost right drawer. To reach the handle, get off the desk, return to the room's entrance, and climb the pile of books to the drawer next to the door.
After opening the door, you enter another corridor that narrows and becomes stranger, leading to a ventilation hole. Passing through this hole completes your bug transformation, unlocking jumping, sprinting, and walking. The next puzzle involves jumping into a small box, then onto a dynamo. Press and hold the interaction button while moving forward to operate the dynamo, opening a small vent to pass through.
- Getting inside the Gramophone: Follow the trail of books to get under the gramophone and shut off the music.
