The Long Sword is a weapon that benefits from engaging in limited-time event quests and challenging Arch-Tempered monsters. These events offer valuable rewards like Timeworn Charms for rare talismans and Battle-tempered Emblems to reinforce Gogma Artian weapons, directly enhancing your Long Sword build. Participating in these special quests is crucial for optimizing your weapon's potential.
Hunters can participate in special event updates to acquire materials and rewards beneficial for the Long Sword. The February and March updates feature an Arch-Tempered version of Arkveld.
