Leadership and support builds focus on enhancing your party's effectiveness, managing your kingdom, and influencing others. While you might not be the strongest fighter, your army will be formidable.
Commander/Strategist:
- Attributes: High Charisma, high Intelligence, decent Strength/Agility for personal defense.
- Skills: Max Leadership, Trainer, Tactics, Persuasion, Trade.
- Party Skills (delegated to companions): Pathfinding, Spotting, Wound Treatment, Surgery, Engineer.
- Strategy: Focus on recruiting and training a powerful army, managing morale, and winning battles through superior strategy. You'll rely on your companions for specific party skills.
Trader/Diplomat:
- Attributes: High Charisma, high Intelligence.
- Skills: Max Trade, Persuasion, Leadership, Inventory Management.
- Strategy: Focus on generating wealth through trade and enterprises, and influencing lords and kings through diplomacy. Combat is secondary, often delegated to your well-equipped companions and troops.
These builds require careful companion management, as you'll rely on them to cover many essential party skills. Your personal combat skills can be lower, but you should still be able to defend yourself in a pinch.
