NBA Challenge Mode

Master NBA Street Vol. 2's Challenge Mode by defeating regional legends and unlocking exclusive rewards. Get strategies for every boss and team.

NBA Challenge Mode pits you against all the teams in the nation, culminating in a showdown with the All-Stars of each region. Success grants access to numerous rewards, a trophy, and valuable Reward Points. The difficulty level directly impacts the Reward Points earned: Got Game offers 100, Mad Game provides 200, and Legendary yields 300.

While most regular team matchups play similarly, specific challenges and boss fights require distinct strategies. Minor notes will be added for teams that deviate from the norm, and detailed strategies will be provided for boss encounters along with their rewards.

Central Region

Games in the Central region take place at Foster Beach. You'll face the Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons, Indiana Pacers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Minnesota Timberwolves before battling the region's boss.

• Bucks: Watch out for their 3-point shooting.
• Pistons: Be aware of their rebounding ability.

Boss: Central Legends

The Central Legends are Larry Bird, Clyde Drexler, and Isiah Thomas.

• Larry Bird: Focus on blocking his excellent shot.
• Clyde Drexler: Prevent him from getting close to the basket to stop his dunks.

South West Region

Games in the South West region take place at Lincoln College. You'll play against the Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, Phoenix Suns, and San Antonio Spurs before facing the boss.

• Lakers: Block Kobe Bryant and dunk on Shaquille O'Neal.

Boss: South West Legends

The South West Legends are Dominique Wilkins, James Worthy, and Moses Malone.

• Dominique Wilkins: Shut him down as he dunks frequently.
• James Worthy: Watch for him when he's open for shots.

North East Region

Games in the North East region take place at The Cage. You'll compete against the New Jersey Nets, Boston Celtics, Washington Wizards, Philadelphia 76ers, New York Knicks, and Toronto Raptors before the boss fight.

Boss: North East Legends

The North East Legends are Wilt Chamberlain, Nate Archibald, and Bill Russell.

• Wilt Chamberlain: Try to get past his blocks for a jam or make long-range shots.

South East Region

Games in the South East region take place at Broad Street. You'll face the Orlando Magic, Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Hornets, Miami Heat, and Atlanta Hawks before the boss battle.

• Magic: Orlando has Tracy McGrady.
• Hornets: New Orleans is a strong team.

Boss: South East Legends

The South East Legends are Darryl Dawkins, Bob Cousy, and Oscar Robertson.

• Darryl Dawkins: Shut him down, as he excels at dunking.

North West Region

Games in the North West region take place in Greenlake. You'll play through the Golden State Warriors, Portland Trailblazers, Sacramento Kings, Seattle Super Sonics, Utah Jazz, and Denver Nuggets before the boss fight.

• Trailblazers & Kings: Both teams have decent blocking and shooting from Chris Webber, Peja Stojaković, and Rasheed Wallace.

Boss: North West Legends

The North West Legends are Pete Maravich, George Gervin, and David Thompson.

• Pete Maravich: Prioritize shutting him down.
