This guide covers the Spin Control challenge in Nintendo Switch Sports Bowling. The objective is to avoid barriers and knock down the pin using spin. Medals are awarded for achieving certain scores: Platinum (20), Gold (17), Silver (12), and Bronze (7).

The following instructions are for right-handed players. ASCII diagrams are provided for each stage.

Stage 1: Stand on either side of the barrier and spin the ball towards the pin. A slight tilt of about 45 degrees is sufficient.

Stage 2: Position yourself on the far right and spin the ball left at a 45-degree angle.

Stage 3: Stand still and keep your arm straight. Release the ball late so it bounces slightly, ensuring it travels straight without much curl.

Stage 4: Similar to Stage 3, but spin the ball to the right. Stand on the far left and tilt the remote at a 45-degree angle during the throw.

Stage 5: You have two options: 1) Stand still and spin left; the spin should activate after the barrier. 2) Position yourself slightly right, press A to face the pin directly, and bowl straight, ensuring you don't hit the side barriers.

Stage 6: Position yourself on the far left (away from the gutter). Throw the ball very straight with your arm straight and release late for a slight bounce and a straight trajectory.

Stage 7: Position yourself on the left. Press A and rotate right to create a straight line past the first barrier and to the right of the second. Spin the ball left so it goes past the barriers and the spin guides it to the pin.

Stage 8: Aim for a clean, straight throw. The barriers are further down, so throw faster to ensure any accidental spin activates at the far end. Face the remote forward and release late.

Stage 9: Stand on the far right and apply significant spin to the left. Throw at a medium pace. Since you cannot rotate, rely on spinning left.

Stage 10: Throw the ball dead straight and release it late to clear the barrier and roll onto the pin.
