Tips for SAN Management:
- Comfortable Beds: Replace Straw Pal Beds with more comfortable options like Fluffy Pal Beds or Large Pal Beds as soon as possible.
- Quality Food: Provide several cooked, high-quality food in the Feed Box. Foods like Pizza or Salad restore more SAN than raw berries.
- Hot Springs: Build Hot Springs (unlocked via Technology Tree) for your Pals to relax in. They significantly boost SAN recovery.
- Entertainment: Some Pals enjoy playing. While not a direct SAN boost, keeping them happy generally helps.
- Medicine: If a Pal does get sick (e.g., 'Depressed', 'Sprain'), craft and administer the appropriate medical supplies immediately.
- Rotation: Consider rotating Pals in and out of your Palbox if their SAN is consistently low.
