Dominus is the final boss of Act 3, found at the top of the Sceptre of God. He has two phases. In his first phase, he's a human form using physical and lightning attacks. In his second phase, he transforms into a giant, grotesque beast, using powerful physical and chaos damage. Chaos resistance is helpful. Avoid his blood pools and focus on burst damage. Defeating him grants access to Act 4.
