Part 2

Complete walkthrough for Part 2 of Pathologic 3, covering main quests like Opposition and Enemy Unseen, and side quests such as House of Living and Medicine Test.

Walkthrough:

1. Day 2 - Main Quest - Opposition
   • Read Alexander's letter.
   • Talk to Anna about the silent houses.
   • Talk to Capella, but do not ask her about the start of the plague.
   • Talk to Sticky.
   • Go to Isidor's house (red house south of Sticky's).
   • Save before entering.
   • Talk to the woman near the second room and take her key.
   • Run out immediately to avoid being caught.
   • Take the key to Alexander.
   • Talk to Georgiy and Older Vlad.
   • Visit Alexander for the revolver and ammo.
2. Day 2 - Quest - House of Living
   • Talk to Lara.
   • Collect money from Yulia, Younger Vlad, and Maria Kain.
   • Buy 3 loaves of bread, 3 meat jerky, and 3 dried fish.
   • If needed, sell useless items like jewelry for more money.
   • Return to Lara, then head to the house she marks on your map (west of the Clot).
   • Talk to the Executor in front of the house and return to Lara.
   • Reward: 3 hazelnuts, 3 peanuts, 2 walnuts, and a lens.
3. Day 2 - Quest - Let's Run From Here
   • Talk to Eve.
   • Go to the pub and talk to Andrey Stamatin.
   • Talk to Peter.
   • Talk to Eve again.
   • Talk to Maria, but do not tell her about the brothers leaving.
   • Talk to Peter and Andrey again.
   • Visit Bad Grief and tell him “Andrey is going to the kennel" to get a revolver.
   • Talk to Andrey again.
   • Go to the station at 22:00 and talk to the guard.
   • You can choose to cancel the escape or fight.
4. Day 3 - General Information
   • Infected districts will start appearing.
   • You can buy a map of infected districts from Younger Vlad for 1000 coins.
   • Lara will give you bread and milk.
   • You can get a bottle of Twyrine from Andrey at the pub after discussing dead bodies.
5. Day 3 - Main Quest - Enemy Unseen
   • Rubin will send a letter in the afternoon.
   • Visit Rubin in the warehouse district.
   • Talk to Alexander.
   • Talk to Aspity.
   • Talk to Older Vlad.
   • Talk to Aspity again.
   • Find the three butchers and talk to the Policemen by their bodies:
     • Location 1: The wasteland near the Bone Stake.
     • Location 2: Behind Isidor's house.
     • Location 3: In a yard southeast of Spichkas house.
   • Head to the cemetery.
   • Talk to Grace. Choose to either:
