After Dewford, Mr. Briney will take you to Slateport City. This bustling port town is home to the Oceanic Museum, where you'll find Team Aqua/Magma causing trouble. You'll encounter their leader (Archie/Maxie) and learn more about their plans. There are no Gyms here, but plenty of trainers and items. After the museum, head north to Route 110.
