To find Articuno in the Valley course, you need to free it from a block of ice. As you enter the main canyon area, look for a large, icy structure on your right.
Throw Pester Balls at the ice block. It will take several hits to break it. Once the ice shatters, Articuno will fly out. Be ready with your camera to capture this rare legendary Pokémon in flight.
