Key Items & Collectibles
Key items and collectibles in Post Trauma are crucial for progression and understanding the game's narrative. Unlike regular inventory items, key items do not occupy main inventory slots, allowing you to carry them without space constraints. Collectibles like Used Tapes offer additional lore and can be played at save points.
- Crowbar: Found on a lower shelf in the first safe room. This item functions as both a key item and a melee weapon. Roman can swing it by pressing the RT button.
- Mobile Phone: Roman receives this item after a cutscene near a gate in the School's Courtyard area during Act 3.
- Handgun and Small Bullets: These are considered key items. Small Bullets can be found on a chair in a hidden room after solving a puzzle. The handgun cannot be reloaded.
- Keys: In Act 4's Underground Maze, two keys are required to unlock a door on the west side of the middle portion of the map. Their locations are marked on the maze map: one in the southwest portion and another in the northwest portion.
- Used Tape: An icon in the northeast of the Underground Maze map indicates the location of a Used Tape. These tapes can be played at radio save points.
