The First Steps
Begin your journey in a cave tunnel; run towards the light, avoiding the immediate left turn. In the orange-lit area, locate a radio, an item box, and a map on the wall. Proceed into the hallway near the restroom, bypassing the tentacle-covered corridor to the left. Enter the first room on the right to collect the Three Sided Medal from the counter. Continue down the hallway, past the doorway and elevator, then descend the stairs.
When controlling Freya, ignore the console directly in front of her on the high walkway. Run to her right (your left) and position her next to the first console with a border. This allows her to pass the gate Roman holds open. Switch back to Roman. Lure an enemy onto the pressure pad, then return to the first lever against the wall near the pressure pad (look for a chain). Interact with the lever. While holding it, switch to Freya (RB). The border covering her console will raise. With Freya, take control of the console to move the middle portion of the ground floor circle. Align the middle design with the design closest to the boss, ensuring all lines connect. Leave the console and return to the first console on Freya's left. Switch back to Roman and interact with the first lever again to raise the blockade in front of Freya's console. Control Freya once more to align the outer circle with the middle portion.
Once in front of the statue, run to the right. The camera will shift, showing a view in front of you. Run towards the camera, then go to Roman's left as the camera follows. Continue running towards the camera until a new path to Roman's left, with a nearby building, appears. This camera angle can be confusing for navigation.
Return towards the map on the wall. Down the first corridor to the south, you will find the Music Room and Classroom A01. The Music Room is locked and requires a key. Classroom A01 contains a small model of the solar system, missing three planets, and an overhead projector displaying a grid with a solid colored square and an image above it, part of a puzzle.
Open the green cabinet to find a Random Item (e.g., Pistol Ammo). The panel on the right wall has a combination lock. Slips of paper on bulletin boards ahead have numbers and shapes. Align the shapes into a polygon, ignoring the numbers. The shapes form an octagon. Three slips of paper will be in the white rectangle on the top row, revealing the code: "413". Enter "413" into the combination lock. The panel will flash colors: "Red, Blue, Red, Green, Blue". This pattern is a clue for a corridor with colored lights above doors. Go back outside the room.
At the T-intersection, enter the tunnel. Approach the shopping cart carefully to retrieve a Med Kit from inside. If you bump it, it will move, requiring you to re-approach it.
Return to the yellow fence at the top of the stairs and "Force the Fence Open". Enter the next tunnel. The suspended vending machine has fallen, blocking that exit. This is important during the upcoming battle, as the enemy can corner you.
After the enemy falls, enter the area where it was. An elevator to the right is inaccessible. Walk over the fence to the left, and Roman will open it. Go down the stairs to find a door leading to a safe room. You will pass organic growth on the walls. The elevator nearby will not open. Proceed into the ominous corridor ahead to the other end.
Drop off the side of the floor without railing onto the subway tracks. Locate the traffic light (stuck on red) in the middle of the tracks. A hole in the concrete allows passage to the other side. Dark tunnels on either side are blocked by mannequins, which can be examined for dialogue. Find the area without railing on the other side and pull up to the floor above.
