Downtown Puzzles

First up, in the Downtown area, you'll find a Pharmacy. Inside, check out the poster – it's got the combo for a safe in the Drug Store Owner's Apartment. Spin it 9 Left, then 3 Right, and finally 7 Left. Doing this will score you the handy Dot Sight (Handgun) attachment.

Later, when you need to set the train's route for Fox Park, make sure you input this sequence: RE-01, FA-02, RA-03, SA-02, FO-01. Get this right, and you'll be on your way!

Police Station Puzzles

Inside the Police Station, head to the Dark-Room on the first floor. You'll find a file with the combination for a locker in the West Office. The code is 9 Left, 15 Right, 7 Left. Crack this locker open, and you'll get a Hip Pouch – always useful for more inventory space!

Next, make your way to the Men's Shower Room on the second floor. The locker code here is super simple: CAP. Inside, you'll find a Flash Grenade. Handy for crowd control!

Finally, on the third floor hallway, there's another locker. The code you need is DCM. This one rewards you with some Assault Rifle Ammo.

Hospital Puzzles

In the Hospital, you'll need to visit the Operating Room on the first floor. Grab the file you find there – it contains the combination for the Nurses' Station Safe. The code is Left 9, Right 3. Inside, you'll get the Dual Magazine (Assault Rifle) attachment, which really beefs up your rifle.

NEST 2 Puzzles

Over in NEST 2, you'll encounter the Vaccine Puzzle. Once you've got the Vaccine Base, take it back to the machine in the room where you found the USB stick. You'll need to set the levels in this order: Mid, High, Low. Nail this sequence, and you'll successfully create the Vaccine.
