Upon waking, take a moment to explore Jill's apartment. You'll find a Handgun on the table and some Handgun Ammo in a drawer. There's also a file on the desk that provides some lore. Head towards the bathroom for a brief cutscene. After the initial Nemesis attack, you'll need to navigate through the burning apartment. Look for a small vent near the floor to crawl through, leading you to the hallway. Be prepared for a jump scare as you exit the vent.
