The final boss fight against Osmund Saddler is a multi-phase battle that tests all your acquired skills. Saddler transforms into a massive, spider-like creature with a large, exposed eye as his primary weak point.
- Phase 1: Saddler will move around the arena, attacking with his mutated limbs. His main weak point is the large eye on his body. Shoot it to stun him, then approach and use the 'Attack' prompt (usually knife or a special melee attack). He will also summon smaller Plaga creatures.
- Phase 2: After taking enough damage, Saddler will become more aggressive and may climb onto the environment. Continue to target his eye. Periodically, Ada Wong will assist you by throwing a Special Rocket Launcher. Grab it and fire it at Saddler for a guaranteed kill. If Ada doesn't appear, continue to chip away at his health.
- Weakness: The large eye on his body. The Special Rocket Launcher is an instant kill.
- Strategy: Keep moving to avoid his attacks. Use your most powerful weapons on his eye. Save a Flash Grenade for when he summons smaller Plagas. If you bought a Rocket Launcher from the Merchant, now is the time to use it for an instant win.
- Reward: The game's ending, and the satisfaction of completing Leon's mission.
