The encounter begins with Del Lago attacking your boat from the water. Your primary weapon here is the harpoon, which you can fire from your boat. Del Lago has several attack patterns. It will attempt to ram your boat, swipe at you with its tentacles, and even try to drag you underwater. When it breaches the surface, it will often expose glowing weak points on its body. These are your primary targets for dealing significant damage. The key is to keep moving your boat to avoid its charges and swipes, and to quickly aim and fire the harpoon when its weak points are visible.

Phase 1: Initial Engagement
